Employee Relief Fund

Our famous buttermilk biscuits are not only delicious – they help support our team members!

We started our Tupelo Honey Employee Relief Fund (E.R.F.) at the start of the pandemic to help provide additional support to team members facing unexpected financial hardships.

To date, we have dispersed over $400,000 to Tupelo employees in need!

Project ASPIRE

We formed Project ASPIRE, our diversity and inclusion program, in the fall of 2020.

The program is designed to elevate BIPOC and female members of our management team. Members participate in open & honest panel discussions about their unique experiences working at Tupelo Honey, which helps us discover where to focus our efforts in fostering an inclusive environment for all.

In addition, those team member receive 30+ hours of additional management training throughout the year.

Our inaugural year of this program and has been a huge success, with 4 out of 6 participants already promoted.

We plan to expand this program in 2022 by adding 2 groups into the mix, affording them best in class DE&I trainings, as well as personal coaching for growth.
