#FoodGlamFriday: Shake Your ‘Shuka

Shake Your ‘Shuka

Today’s Food Glam Friday is a love letter to one of our favorite brunch dishes (both on our menus and in general) – the Southern Shakshuka! This dish is traditionally prepared with eggs poached in a sauce of tomatoes, peppers and onions and is popular in the Middle East and North Africa. We put a Southern twist on ours by combining goat cheese grits and spicy creole sauce with two baked eggs and sliced avocado. This dish is almost as easy on the eyes as it is on your taste buds!

Cheers to our favorite #FoodGlamFriday Instagram photos from March 2018!
