We are excited to announce the launch of our Spring menu! This is one of our best menus yet. Our Spring menu was consciously created to offer dishes that are inventive and unique while staying true to our Southern roots.

The New Lunch Break
Hello, new lunch combos! We are beyond thrilled to now offer Lunch Combos for just $12. Every combo includes a half sandwich and a half salad, plus a side of either soup or French fries. Choose from one of our four brand-new sandwiches, like the Turkey & Apple Press or Fried Green Tomato & Burrata sandwiches. Pair with our new Appalachian Spinach Salad and a cup of Creamy Tomato Soup for a lunch that is filling, delicious, and affordable.
Eat Well, Feel Good
We proudly serve fresh, made-from-scratch and thoughtfully-sourced food including seafood, pasture-raised beef and chicken raised without the use of antibiotics. We select clean proteins and whole ingredients with honest labels that are as delicious as they are nourishing. This is possible through our amazing group of purveyors such as Hickory Nut Gap Farm, Tenderbelly, and Verlasso Salmon. All antibiotic-free dishes are denoted on our menus with an ABF icon.
Southern food has a reputation for being heavy and meat-centric. While our famous fried chicken is here to stay, the new menu has lighter, healthier, and more veg-forward dishes than ever before! Try the Mountain Harvest Bowl with roasted sweet potatoes, sautéed kale, grilled chicken, goat cheese, granny smith apples, and toasted almonds over rice with white balsamic dressing. We also have a variety of vegetarian-friendly options, like the new Spicy Avocado & Chopped Egg Sandwich.
