Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 oz. Roasted Cauliflower Florets
- 2 oz. Roasted Baby Carrots
- 2 oz. Green Beans, blanched
- 1 tsp. BBQ Tupelo Honey Dry Rub (recipe follows)

BBQ Dry Rub
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup paprika
- 1/2 cup chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground white pepper
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
Harissa Honey Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup Harissa
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. Rosemary Salt
- 1 Tbsp. chives, minced

Blistered & Spiced Vegetables with Harissa Yogurt Dip
Directions
Toss the cauliflower and carrots in olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 15-20 minutes at 375°F. Blanch the green beans.
Heat oil in pan. Add Carrots, cauliflower and green beans. Toss well allowing the vegetables to obtain color and blister. Sprinkle over the BBQ rub, tossing to coat.
Serve hot with Harissa Honey Yogurt!
BBQ Dry Rub
Directions
Combine the sugar and all of the spices in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk until well blended. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 1 month.
Harissa Honey Yogurt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a stainless-steel bowl. Whisk until fully incorporated.
