Hopped Sweet Tea
How we do it…
First, we brew black tea for a traditional Southern flavor. Then we add sugar, which if you have had Southern sweet tea you’ll know that means a “healthy” helping. The star of the show is cone Citra hops! We steep the hops for 30 minutes to add a light earthiness to our sweet tea.
The final step is to add some bubbles. We prepare the hopped sweet tea in a Cornelius Keg Nitro Draft where it is pressurized and infused with nitrogen. This aeration intensifies the refreshing flavors of our Hopped Sweet Tea!
