Ingredients
- 2 wt oz chopped & peeled ginger piece
- 1 Tbsp + 1 & 1/4 tsp dried turmeric
- 1/8 cup Lime Juice
- 1/8 cup Clover Honey
- 1 & 3/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 & 1/2 cups water
- you’ll need a watertight blender or food processor, a sieve, and cheesecloth, 1 pint of ginger ale

Make extra mix and save it in your fridge for up to 6 days!
Directions
Makes enough for 3 drinks.
Combine all mix ingredients in a water-tight blender/food processor. Blend until the ginger is gone.
Using a fine sieve, strain your mixture into a bowl once. Then, strain the mixture again through a cheesecloth until smooth. Store this mix for up to 6 days in the fridge.
To make the tonic, combine equal parts mix and ginger ale over ice. Sip & enjoy!
