Tupelo Honey’s success depends on our people. Our restaurants can only prosper and provide opportunities for employment and growth when we continually improve ourselves, and the work we do. We recognize however, that success is not measured by sales, guest counts, and numbers alone. We are measured as much by the way in which we achieve our goals, as we are by the actual achievements themselves. That is why we have created several employee support programs to assist employees in times of need, in daily life and in future endeavors.

Biscuits for a Cause, our newly formed non-profit 5013c, takes profits from the sales of our biscuits and fundraising drives throughout the year to aid current employees in need. To date we have raised over $260,000 and distributed funds to over 88 employees since April 2020.

Honeypot Program & Fair Start Wages, an industry leading wage and benefits program, guarantees our team members at least $13 per hour, gives paid time, sick pay, medical benefits, education reimbursements and more to take care of our hourly and salaried team members.

ASPIRE Diversity Program is a new management training and personal development program that provides people of color within our company to obtain future leadership positions within the organization.

We believe that a commitment to uncompromising values and integrity should always guide our decisions and actions as we pursue our goals.
